About Us
ELM Construction is a family-owned and operated business located in Enfield, Connecticut. Owners Edward and Mark Spazzarini collectively have over four decades of experience in the construction industry.
In addition to ELM Construction, Ed and Mark also have ownership interest in two related ventures; Powder Hill Sand & Gravel; and Spazzarini Construction Company, a road construction and site preparation firm originally established by their great-grandfather in the early 1920's. Their long history of service to the people and communities of Connecticut has firmly established the Spazzarini name as a highly respected and admired member of the Connecticut business community.
